M5.1 hit Fukushima JMA seismic intensity 4 “Live cam recorded Fukushima plant shaken”

I bet that was some serious on-site excitement.  Fukushima Diary.  Bonus "That's a lot of shaking for a 5.1 earthquake!" video of the plant during the quake.
